Sound Healing

There was a reason why I chose my name as Oscillate Yoga, and In January 2023 I realised how this word and identity for my offerings would develop. To further help those who are going through ups and downs that life throws at us, I am happy to announce that I now offer Sound Healing Therapy and Sound Healing Massage after obtaining my Level 1 and Level 2 Sound Healing Practitioner certificates with ThymewithCharlie. I am an Accredited Practitioner with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.

I cannot express in words how transformational I have found sound healing to be and cannot wait to share it with you!

Group Sessions

Sound Healing with Guided Meditation

This relaxing session in a group environment includes breath work, a guided meditation and sound therapy session with Tibetan Singing bowls and chimes.

Lying or seated amongst a group of people, I create a supportive and welcoming environment to let you fully rest, as you experience the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of the bowls which soothe, harmonise and energise, a truly relaxing experience.

Sound Massage

In a 1-1 environment, the session will start with breath work to aid relaxation. Tibetan Singing Bowls are then placed on various parts of the clothed body and struck. This allows the vibration and sound to be focused on specific parts of the body. You not only hear the beautiful sound of the bowls but also feel the calming vibrations directly on the body.

1-1 Sound Healing Session

A sound therapy 1-1 session consists of gentle breath work to relax into the session, followed with a guided meditation before Tibetan Singing bowls and chimes are played. The bowls are placed around the individual receiving the session who will be enveloped in the sounds and vibrations of the bowls.
